Annika’s yoga practice began when she was little. Her peppy Norwegian mother would haul her out of bed for early morning classes at a family friend’s house. A small group of women would congregate weekly for a powerful Ashtanga practice in a cozy, bright sunroom. When she got older, she appreciated those early foundations as she found pranayama, meditation, and asana to be a beautiful finale to her long trail runs in Vermont's Green Mountains. She trained at Mangala Yoga in 2018 and since has sequenced her classes to serve the active lifestyle of Telluride’s high altitude athletes.
