Ashley

Ashley took the dive into attaining her teaching certificate in 2018 after finding that her yoga practice was working wonders for her anxiety. For her yoga, and the container it creates around the practitioner and community in group classes, offers a non-competitive, supportive space to move her body and learn about herself. After finding a consistent practice in her senior year of college, she jumped yogitoes first into a 26-posture practice. This foundation fuels her teaching today as she offers a more-expanded simple yet effective and highly-meditative practice.
