Ashley began her yoga journey after moving to Ouray in 2014. She discovered that yoga offered an opportunity to connect mind and body in more ways than just physical movement. Yoga philosophy and its unique approach to personal growth drew her in deeper. She enjoys the physical as well as spiritual challenge that yoga has to offer. As a runner she found a sense of restoration and peace on her mat. She knew she wanted to share the joy and benefits of yoga with others, so she completed her 200 hr teacher training with Mangala in the summer of 2022.
