Brianna started her yoga journey in high school after discovering yoga to be a powerful tool for building mental clarity and overcoming anxiety. She specializes in vinyasa flow, teaching an energetic class designed to challenge both the body and mind. Brianna trained through Mangala Yoga attaining her 200 hour Yoga Teaching Certification in 2023.

Outside the studio Brianna thrives in the outdoors, calling the mountains her home and drawing inspiration from nature’s power and tranquility to influence her teaching style. Her classes are rooted in the belief that yoga is more than just a physical practice, it’s a way of discovering your own strength and overcoming obstacles both on and off the mat.
