Megan’s love for yoga is rooted in appreciation for immersive self-care, mind-body practice and community. Her work centers personal transformation as the catalyst for communal well-being. Megan is originally from Louisiana, and she moved to Telluride in 2022.
She has completed two 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, the first led by Heather Delia in Louisiana and the second with Mangala Yoga's founder, Maureen DeLucia.
Megan has also achieved 300-hour Advanced YTT certification with Liz Lindh, and she is now a Yoga Alliance-registered RYT 500.
Megan continually participates in trainings and workshops, as she considers herself to be an ever-evolving student of yoga and life. She describes her personal practice to be experimental, playful and challenging. She often blends concepts she’s learned from different styles in her classes.
When she's not in the studio, she likes to rock climb, ski, and hike with her dogs, Dani and Lola.
Her latest project is the opening of Viceroy Cafe, an espresso and cold-pressed juice bar located inside of Mangala Yoga's Telluride location!
